HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

ARE YOU IN NETWORK WITH MY INSURANCE?
We work with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and Self-Pay. Out-of-network clients will be provided an invoice to submit to their insurance to obtain reimbursement per their plan agreement.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Best parking deals are available using parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz. The closest parking lot is located at Block 37. Exterior access to the parking facility can be found on Dearborn Street, between Washington and Randolph Streets.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?
My first goal when meeting with you is to establish a genuine and collaborative connection. This will serve as the foundation for the work necessary to deal with daily feelings, understand experiences, and make positive changes to your life. A comprehensive initial assessment will include attention to emotional, cognitive, relational and social aspects of your life. We will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to help you heal and grow.
ARE YOU OFFERING TELEHEALTH VISITS DURING COVID-19?
Yes, we do offer appointments via secure HIPAA complaint telemedicine portals that allows our patients to conveniently engage from any location within Illinois.
WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
If you are having an emergency, please dial 911 and/or go to your nearest emergency department.
WHAT IS THE APPOINTMENT MISSED OR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We request full payment for missed or cancelled sessions unless a 7-day notice is provided.
HOW DO I CHECK MY BCBS PPO INSURANCE BENFITS?
You can complete the benefits form and we will inform you if our services will be covered by your BCBS PPO insurance.
